We analyse this 3 business and we made an
analysis.
EBCHIPS
They dont have appealing business because
they dont have logo, the structure with all the chips (product), the only sit
in their computer and they dont have a poster of what they are doing. It seems
that is a personal business.
The real goa lis that they want make an
adversiting campaign to help a poor orfanat and the people.
Our point of view and other students
think that is a good campaign of charity but when you want to be awareness you
need an objective, a poster with that information, if they had this knowledge
the other students will give support to this, to have more money for the
objective. With a good image and a good attitude they will have a good
business.
SALADS FRESH`N GREEN
We can see that they have a slongan a
logan, they are a franchise , thy have a lot of ingredients and prmonotions, is
for this reason that they have a loto clients and they have a segment market
(many people don`t want a helting food so they think in the people that the
imagen doesn`t have importnce, and IMC because they have publicity at an
international level.
We believe that this franchise will
increase Price, the readersheeps and give a big boost to their sales
CHARLIES´S CAFETERIA
People think thats is a bit expensive,
contains all the needs of people
He has promotional per week because they
want to increase all the needs that the costumer has, they offer good food with
a good service, but they have a big demand.
They dont have enough personal that they
have problems with the students. They told us that they have trend reports
because depending in wich season the incomes go and return.
Sometimes students think that is
expensive and would like to have more things cheaper to do. But this doesn´t
matter because the charlie´s cafetería will be in other EBC campus and it is
now in Toluca and Querétaro, they will need a Brand awareness
Conclution.
We think that all business needs to
impact, have a target, make a segment market in order to have success and
therefore achieve the needs of the customers.
We see a clear example of three different
food business in the same place, with all the things that we are asking for,
but they need to improve, like apealing of each business
